Steel structure components
Dunbon manufactures structural steel components to approved drawings, including built-up beams and columns, trusses, pipe racks, equipment frames, platforms, bridge sections and non-standard welded assemblies. Components are produced for project-specific geometry, interfaces and acceptance requirements.
The workflow can include material identification, CNC preparation, forming, fit-up, controlled welding, dimensional inspection, specified non-destructive testing, surface treatment and export packing. Critical tolerances and documentation are defined by the contract rather than assumed from a generic component description.
